학습자 중심 사이버 교수학습 운영 전략

국문 초록

정보통신기술의 지속적 발전을 바탕으로 교육체제의 다양성이 확대되고 있다. 그 중에서도 사이버교육은 학습자의 다양한 요구를 해결하고 효과성을 높일 수 있는 새로운 체제이다. 최근 선진 국가를 중심으로 가상학교가 활성화되고 있으며 국내에서도 초중등 사이버교육체제의 도입이 확대되고 있다. 하지만, 국내에서 전개되고 있는 사이버교육은 사이버교육의 잠재성을 충분히 활용할 수 있는 전략이 미흡한 수준이고 미성숙한 초중등 학생들을 사이버공간에서 충분히 안내하기 위한 불충분하다고 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 사이버교수학습이 가지고 있는 특징과 학습자 중심 교수학습 전개의 필요성을 제시하였다. 그리고 이에 근거한 교수학습 전략을 다음과 같이 구체적으로 제시하였다. 학습자의 수준에 따라서 교육과정의 양을 탄력적으로 제공하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 적시적인 교수학습 전개를 위해서는 빠른 응답체제의 운영과 다양한 검색도구의 제공 등을 제시하였다. 또한, 반고립적인 환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 신뢰감을 조성하고 학생간 그룹을 결성하는 적극적인 대처가 필요함을 제시하였다. 그리고, 학습자가 중심이 되는 사이버교수학습 실현을 위하여 전문적 교사 육성이 필요하며 이를 최대한 이끌어낼 수 있는 인센티브제도의 도입이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Based on the continuous development of ICT(Information & Communication Technology), the diversity of educational system is expanding. In particular, the cyber education is a new system which can enhance the effectiveness of education, as well as solving various requirements of learners. Recently the cyber school is becoming popular in some advanced countries and the cyber education system is expanding in our nation\ s elementary and secondary education, as well as higher education. Unfortunately, however, the cyber education which has been implementing in our nation is not sufficient to utilize the potentiality of the cyber education in terms of its strategy, and not good enough to guide those immature elementary and middle school students in the cyber space. In this study, accordingly, I have suggested the characteristics of the cyber teaching-learning and the necessity of developing the learner-centered teaching-learning. Also I have suggested the teaching-learning strategy specifically based on that. When it comes to operating the educational curriculum, I have made overtures of providing learners with the amount of the curriculum flexibly in accordance with their individual levels, and suggested an operation of the quick response system and the provision of various search tools to learners, paving the way to implement teaching-learning in a timely manner. Also I have suggested that we need to make up mutual confidence between students and help them to form groups to cope with the semi-isolated environment effectively. Besides, we need to train teachers with the expertise of communication, coordination capability and sound information fundamental to realize the learner-centered cyber teaching-learning and to introduce an incentive system to encourage them to join this program as well.
