국문 초록

본 연구는 동북아시아의 한국, 중국, 일본인이 인식하는 녹차 품질 속성의 중요도와 수행도를 분석함으로써 소비자가 요구하는 품질을 정확히 이해하고 다양한 마케팅 전략 수립에 도움이 되고자 실시하였다. 한국, 중국, 일본의 631명의 참가자로부터 받은 자료를 수집, 분석하고자 기술통계를 실시하였다. 녹차의 가장 중요한 품질 속성으로 한국인은 “안정성, 위생적인 생산, 향기”를, 중국인은 “맛, 안정성, 위생적인 생산”을, 일본인은 “안정성, 위생적인 생산, 맛”을 들고 있었다. 가장 수행도가 높은 요인으로 한국인은 “차의 온도, 건강성, 향기”가, 중국인은 “분량, 건강성, 맛”이, 일본인은 “맛, 안정성, 위생적인 생산”이 가장 수행되고 있다고 하였다. 가장 시급히 개선되어야 할 점으로 한국인은 “생산 및 가공방법”을, 중국인은 “생상 및 가공방법, 여운, 안정성”을, 일본인은 “신선도”를 들고 있었다

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze importance and performance of quality attributes of green tea recognized by Korean, Chinese and Japanese to figure out accurate requirements and to help in developing various strategy for green tea industries. 631 samples were collected and analyzed for the green tea quality attributes. To verify the differences of importance and performance between Korean, Chinese and Japanese, descriptive statistics was performed. As most important elements, Korean take the elements “stability, hygienic production and aroma”, and Chinese the elements “taste, stability, hygienic production”, while, Japanese has taken “stability, hygienic production and taste”. As the highly performed elements, Korean took the elements ”temperature, helpfulness to health, aroma, while, Chinese the elements “quantity, helpfulness to health and taste”. Japanese perceived that the elements “ taste, stability and hygienic production” were performed well. The improvement elements were showed “production and process of green tea” for Korean, and except these elements, aftertaste and stability for Chinese, while, freshness is the most urgent one for Japanese.
