국문 초록

제4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여, 개별 학생은 각자의 잠재된 개성과 재능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있는 동시에 타인과 협력할 수 있는 인성을 갖춘 합리적이고 열정적인 시민으로 성장할 수 있어야 한다. 2015 개정 교육과정에는 이러한 미래 대비 교육 혁신을 위한 전향적 내용이 총론 수준 에서 담겨져 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 중등 수준의 학교 교실에서 이루어지고 있는 교육평가 상의 문제점에서 출발하여, 2015 개정 교육과정이 제안하고 있는 핵심역량 및 그 교육적 함의를 이해함으로써, 최종적으로, 교실 수업에서의 새로운 교육평가 개선 방향을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 결과적으로, 교사의 평가권 보장을 바탕으로 하는 교실별 평가, 개별화 교육에 따른 맞춤형 수업 및 질적 평가의 확대, 성취기준 점검에 중점을 둔 절대평가, 그리고 총합평가보다는 형성평가를 지향해야 함을 강조하였다. 논의 부분을 통하여, 이와 같은 새로운 교육평가 제도가 효과 적으로 기능하기 위하여 전제되어야 할 사항들을 함께 제시하였다.

영문 초록

In the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution, individual students should be able to demonstrate their potential personalities and talents, and grow into a rational and enthusiastic citizen with the competency to cooperate with others. In the 2015 national curriculum, the desirable contents for such future-oriented education innovation are contained in the introduction level. This study, after dealing with current problems of education evaluation at the secondary school level, by understanding the core competences and its implications proposed by the 2015 national curriculum, finally, is to explore how to improve educational evaluation. As a result, a few innovative approaches were emphasized by this study: classroom-based evaluation based on teacher s right of evaluation, customized teaching and qualitative evaluation by individualized education, absolute evaluation with emphasis on achievement standards, and formatiive evaluation. Through valuation . Through the discussion part, the preconditions for such a new educational evaluation system to function effectively were presented.
