영문 초록

This paper involves developing a fuzzy-rough rule based intelligent electronic commerce navigation agent model. Consumers tend to have various demands and personal taste when searching for goods on-line. An alternative navigation agent mode1 has been required in order to provide those customers with optimized selection of their search methods and tools. Existing database systems have not sufficiently satisfied those various demands, and thus an alternative method needs to be developed. Even though the fuzzy method alone has been utilized to offer partial solution to this particular matter, this methods still provide multiple alternatives. The researcher suggests that a fuzzy-and-rough based convergence logic be applied to develop a commerce navigation agent model, in order to provide the most optimized and relevant information to the customers
