川島浪速の思想と行動に関する一考察

국문 초록

川島浪速(かわしまなにわ)は、中国における警察制度の近代化に少なからず尽力したが、同時に対露戦に備え、いわゆる大陸政策の画策に奔走した大陸侵略の尖兵でもあった。また、川島が満蒙独立運動に走った主な理由の一つは、日本が満蒙人を指揮して中国本土と分離させ、一つの独立国家として建設する上で、中国進出の立脚点として考えていたからである。こうしたことから言えば、彼は日本の国益のために満蒙独立運動に参加していたことがわかる。彼の満蒙独立運動は失敗に終わったが、その後の満州事変と満州国建設につながり大東亜共栄圏構想の実践的転換点になったという事実に反論の余地はないだろう。 何よりも川島浪速は、中国と日本の関係を対等な水平的な関係ではなく、日本が政治的な指導の立場に立ち、中国を導くということに主眼を置いていることがわかる。

영문 초록

Kawashima Naniwa made a great deal of effort in modernizing the police system in China, but at the same time it was also an advance guard of invasion of the continent, which was committed to the policy of so-called continental policy in preparation for the war against Russia. One of the main reasons for Kawashima’s devotion to the independence movement in Manchuria and Mongolia was that Japan supported Manchuria and Mongolian with separation from mainland China and independent nation construction, which had been considered as Japan s footing of penetrating into China. From this point of view, He was involved with Man-Mong Independence Movement for the national interest of Japan. Above all, it can be suggested that Kawashima Naniwa placed an emphasis on not equally horizontal relationship between China and Japan but guiding China from a position of Japan s political leader.
