근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연구의 목적은 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는 것이다. 이러한 목적달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 청년패널 1차에서 4차년도 자료까지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출 유형에 성별, 미래의 직업선택기준, 졸업 후 예상 진로, 전공계열, 아르바이트경험여부, 부의 직업유무, 부모의 대학교육 여부, 월평균근로소득, 자가소유 여부 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출에 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 청소년 자신이 현재의 어려운 사회경제적 상황에 대해 어느 정도 긍정적인 생각을 갖고 미래에 대해 준비 하는가였다. 이러한 결과는 근로빈곤가구 청소년에 대한 진로교육 및 사회진출 준비에 있어서 다양한 경제적 지원도 중요하지만 근로빈곤가구 청소년에 대한 자기존중, 자기효능, 삶의 목적, 미래에 대한 낙관성 고취시킬 수 있는 다양한 심리사회적 프로그램들이 제공되어 근로빈곤가구 청소년 자신이 자신의 사회진출에 대한 준비와 자신감을 심어주는 것이 중요하다는 것을 의미한다고 하겠다. 그리고 부모의 직업여부와 교육수준이 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 현실적으로 단기간에 부모에 대한 직업알선 및 교육수준 향상을 돕는다는 것이 어렵다는 것을 고려해 볼 때, 근로빈곤가구 청소년 부모에 대한 개입보다는 근로빈곤가구 청소년에 대한 직접적인 멘토링 프로그램, 사회화 프로그램, 그리고 공부방 사업이 지금보다 더 활성화되어 제공되는 것이 더 효율적일 것이다. 또한 개인 및 가족에 대한 접근은 기존의 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 비행 및 빈곤의 되물림의 원인이 가족에게만 있다고 보는 제한된 관점에서 벗어나 근로빈곤가구 청소년 개인에 대한 체계적인 개입을 통해 근로빈곤가구 청소년의 사회진출이 미취업이 아닌 대학진학과 대안적으로 적절한 취업이 원만히 이루어지는데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose of this study is to understand what is a factors the influence in working poor household Adolescence s society advance type. These purpose for this study analyed 1th and 4th penal data. As a result, Working poor household Adolescence s society advance type is influenced from sex, job select standard, future s path, high school kind, part-time job experience, father s job, parents education, income, owner home. Specially, Working poor household Adolescence s society advance factor was to prepare about the future with thinking which Adolescence is positive in some degree about difficult social economy circumstance present. These result is mean that working poor household Adolescence s society advance ready is not only various economical support in course education and society advance preparation, but also self-esteem, self-effect, purpose of life, optimistic about future s encourage through psychological-social program. And parents s job and education was influence in Working poor household Adolescence s society advance type. When consider that it is difficult that help job provide and education level upgrade about parents at short period actually, Instead it may be more efficient that is offered direct mentoring program, socialization program, and study room business about labor poverty furniture teenagers. Also, Approach about individual and family is escape from limited viewpoint see that working poor Adolescence delinquency and poverty inherit cause is only family problem. And this. And these access may help that an employment that is suitable as alternative with college entering that working poor household Adolescence s society advance is not unemployment through systematic intervention. And these access may become help to go to work as college entering and good company which working poor household Adolescence society advance is not unemployment through systematic intervention.
