라쿠 다완 색상에 따른 스트레스 변화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현대인들의 가장 큰 정신적. 육체적 문제로 대두되고 있는 스트레스 완화를 위한 다완을 개발하고자 ‘라쿠 다완 색상에 따른 스트레스 변화에 관한 연구’라는 주제로 이론적 고찰과 실험으로 연구에 임하였다. 국내에는 주로 백자, 청자, 분청 도자기 등의다완들은 있으나 라쿠 다완은 국내에서 처음 연구되는 것으로서 연구 가치가 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 스트레스 완화를 위한 라쿠 다완 개발을 위하여 실험에 사용 될 도구는 색상군을 다섯 가지로 준비하고 다완의 색상에 따른 변화 연구에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 피험자에게 질문지법, 질적인 분석인 심층 인터뷰 및 뇌파 검사기를 이용하여 뇌파분석법을 실시한 결과 유의한 차이가 검증되었다.

영문 초록

This study aimed both to help color therapies and to develop Dawan to relieve stress which has been rising as the greatest mental and physical issues of people in the present time. In order to achieve the research goals, under a topic of Study on Stress Changes by Raku Dawan Colors, the study conducted theoretical review and experiments based on advance researches. In the analysis on research inquiry, what had been learned from a survey, in-depth interviews and brain analysis on ‘differences in stress changes caused by Raku Dawan colors’ turned out to be how an individual definitely leads to stress changes as one’s mind gets stabilized and comforted by white Ruku Dawan. Five kinds of Raku Dawan were used for this study’s experiment as a research tool and as for research methods, survey, in-depth interview as one of the qualitative analysis methods and brain wave analysis that would use a brain wave detector were applied. First, significant results were obtained in the preliminary stress index measuring test conducted for the actual experiment and from the actual experiment which had been carried out with the results, significant findings were extracted.
