협동활동 중심 집단미술치료가 지적장애 직업훈련생의 위축행동과 작업태도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료가 지적장애 직업훈련생들의 위축행동과 작업태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 한국장애인고용공단 D직업능력개발원에서 훈련을 받고 있는 지적장애 직업훈련생 12명이며, 이들을 각각 6명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누었다. 실험집단에는 2014년 6월부터 2014년 7월까지 주4회, 회기당 120분씩, 총18회의 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였고, 통제집단은 무처치 하였다. 평가도구는 적응행동검사의 제 2부의 위축영역과 작업태도 관찰 평가서를 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료는 지적장애직업훈련생의 위축행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다 둘째, 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료는 실험집단의 작업태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 협동작업 중심 집단미술치료 과정 중 자신의 감정을 표현하고 상호작용을 함으로써 의사소통 및 대인관계의 문제점들이 개선되어지고 작업태도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness by reducing maladjustment behaviors, relieving and encouraging, and to find the positive changes in work attitude by withdrawal behavior decrement. The objects of study were trainees with intellectual disabilities in Daejeon Vocational Competency Development Center of Korea Employment Agency for the Disable. Six men and women who were high in withdrawal scale were chosen for experimental group and controlled group. Prior and post changes were analyzed through withdrawal area and work attitude observational evaluation sheet in the 2nd chapter of adaptive behavior testing sheet. In experimental group, the reduced conversion of withdrawal behaviors and the effects on work attitude by cooperative activity centered group art therapy were compared and analyzed. The conclusions for this study are as follows: First, the cooperative activity centered group art therapy was effective in reducing and relieving of withdrawal behaviors of intellectual disability trainees. The positive changes were found in the intellectual disabled by understanding encouraging and supporting each other, having confidence in themselves, respecting the decisions and faults of each other, developing communication and interpersonal relationship. Second, positive changes were found in work attitude of the experimental group, In prior and post part of work attitude observational evaluation, the experimental group improved more in 5 items while the controlled group improved in 2 items out of 10 items.
