우울의 효과성에 대한 미술치료 연구의 질적 자료 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 우울의 효과성을 알아보기 위해 미술치료 연구의 질적 자료를 분석한 연구이다. 본 연구의 분석대상 논문은 우울만을 단일 종속변인으로 했으며, 미술치료 회기별 과정을 기술한 학위논문 및 학술지 게재논문 총49편이다. 먼저 분석대상 논문의 회기별 변화과정 기록물은 발달단계를 바탕으로 한 대상별로 BDI의 각 하위영역(정서적 영역, 인지적 영역, 동기적 영역, 신체·생리적 영역)에 근거하여 분석하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 통합하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 미술치료는 모든 발달단계에서 동기적 영역을 완화하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었고, 가장 효과가 낮았던 영역은 정서적 영역으로 나타났다. 미술치료가 다른 중재방법에 비하여 정서를 쉽게 접할 수 있음에도 불구하고 완화의 효과가 다른 영역보다 낮다는 결과는 반드시 그 원인을 찾아 해결해야 할 부분이라고 생각한다. 또한 발달단계별 우울에 대한 미술치료의 효과성은 성인이 가장 높았고, 노인이 가장 낮았음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과가 향후 보다 효과적인 우울에 대한 미술치료의 연구에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed qualitative data for art therapy research to identify effectiveness of depression. A total of 49 theses(dissertations and article in journals) that used only depression as a single dependent variable and described sessional process of art therapy were used for this study. Sessional process of change record of these theses were analyzed based on each sub-domain(emotional, cognitive, motivational, physical·physiological domain) of BDI by targeted groups with development stages. The results were as follows. Art therapy had positive effect on relieving motivational domain in whole development stages. It was showed that the lowest effective domain was emotional domain. The result that there was lower effect of relieving than other domain, although art therapy receives emotion easier than other intervention methods, meant that the reason must be found and solved. Furthermore, it is hoped that the study of art therapy for depression would be planed more effective programs in the future.
