발달장애 청소년의 문제행동 감소를 위한 집단미술치료 사례

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인주간보호시설을 이용하는 발달장애 청소년에게 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 문제행동 개선에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 사례집단은 2명의 여자와 2명의 남자로 특수학교와 일반학교에 재학중인 지적장애 2, 3급의 발달장애 청소년으로 주의력과 관계성, 공격성의 문제행동이 있는 총 4명으로 구성하였으며, 연령은 15세부터 21세까지이다. 프로그램은 2017년 1월부터 3월까지 매 주 2회기씩 50분으로 총 12회기를 진행하였으며, 선행연구를 통하여 초기 3회기, 중기 6회기, 후기 3회기로 구성하였다. 프로그램의 효과성 분석은 행동상의 문제를 연구자와 사회재활교사와의 상담을 통해서 선정된 주의력, 관계성, 공격성의 차이를 시설의 종사자들에게 행동관찰 기록지를 통해 사전과 사후를 검사하여 비교하였으며 회기별 변화를 기술하였다. 또한 양적 데이터로는 사례수는 적지만 사전, 사후 t검정을 통해 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주의력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 동료들 간 관계성이 향상되었다. 셋째, 동료를 때리거나 물건을 파손하는 등의 공격성이 감소되었다. 따라서 발달장애 청소년들에게 실시한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 문제행동의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study was to identify how group art therapy has effect on improving problem behavior of adolescents with developmental disabilities who used a daycare center for disabilities. The subjects for this case study were 2 females and 2 males, who were aged from 15 to 21 and attended to special-education school and general school. They were 2nd and 3rd class intellectual disabilities having problem behavior with attentiveness, relationship and aggression. With preceding research, a total of 12 sessions of the program consisted of 3 session of early stage, 6 sessions of mid stage and 3 sessions of latter stage and was carried out 2 sessions a week for 50 minutes. For the effectiveness analysis of the program, the staffs in the center had carried out pre and post test with the behavioral observation recording card and then the change rate that selected by consultation between researcher and social rehabilitation teacher were compared and described the sessional change. Furthermore, pre and post t-test was used although it was small cases as quantitative data. The main results are as follows. First, the attentiveness increased. Second, relationship with other people increased. Third, there was decrease in aggression which is hitting people or throwing stuffs. Therefore, it was showed that the group art therapy conducting with adolescents with developmental disabilities had a positive effect on improving problem behavior.
