영문 초록

The online illegal and harmful website was generally called internet website that provided social members with harmful information. Not only the Korean National Police Agency’s Cyber Investigation Branch but also the Broadcasting Communication Committee reported that the quantity of harmful information continuously increased, and that the information on porno as well as breach of social order remarkably increased in quantity and ratio. The online suicide help website that was managed by internet portal site’s community informed Internet users of how to commit suicide with less pains, and it looked for a joint suicide and sold out toxic chemicals. The press reported that the ones who met on an online suicide help website actually committed suicide from time to time, so that the website was found to create environment that the ones who wanted to commit suicide could die easily. Furthermore, the website sold out toxic chemicals to the one who attempted to kill another person, and it functioned as an intermediary to do murder by contract. It is very necessary to research about suicide website and establish its legal measurements. This article is about the situation of the suicide website and its legal measurements.
