국문 초록

본 연구는 음악놀이치료를 통해 발달장애 아동과 어머니간 상호작용의 변화를 관찰하고자 진행 된 사례연구로 대상자의 사전-사후 질적인 모아상호작용 변화를 서술하였다. 연구기간은 2011년 3월 7일부터 5월 30일까지였으며 3쌍의 아동과 어머니에게 주 1회씩 총 13회기의 음악치료를 제공하였다. 음악치료 중재를 제공하는 동안 촬영한 비디오를 세 명의 관찰자가 서로 독립적으로 분석하였으며 모아 상호작용의 변화를 보기 위해 ‘부모-아동 상호작용 평가도구’(Marshak Interaction Method: MIM) 중 어머니의 온정성과 아동의 수용성 영역을 분석하였다. 어머니는 온정성에 해당하는 신체 접촉, 언어적 비언어적 정서표현, 양육활동의 안정감, 양육적 행위, 아동 요구에 따른 반응에서 모두 증가를 보였고 특히 신체접촉에서 두드러진 변화를 보였다. 아동의 수용성은 모의 지시 수행에서 약간의 증가를 보여 더 오랜 기간의 중재가 필요한 영역임을 알 수 있었다. 아동의 신체접촉은 모의 지시 수행 영역의 변화보다는 더 많은 증가를 보였지만 어머니의 신체접촉 보다는 적은 변화였다.

영문 초록

This research is a case study for observing changes through music therapy in interaction between child with developmental disorder and mother and describes qualitative changes in mother-child interaction before and after therapy. Research was conducted from March 7, 2011 to May 30, 2011 during which 3 pairs of mother and child couples were provided with music therapy once a week for total of 13 sessions. 1 researcher and 2 observers independently analyzed the video that was recorded during intervention of music therapy and in order to find any changes in mother-child interaction, aspects of integrity of mother and receptiveness of child among Marshak Interaction Method (MIM) were analyzed. Mothers all showed increased body contact, verbal and non-verbal expression of sentiment, stability in fostering activities, fostering actions and reactions according to child s requests that belong to aspect of mother s integrity wherein there was especially a marked increase in body contact. For child s receptiveness, there was slight increase in carrying out mother s instructions and so this area was understood to need a longer period of intervention. Child s body contact had higher increase compared to aspect of carrying out mother s instructions but this change was smaller compared to the one of mother s body contact. Musical activity provided in this study can easily be utilized in daily life and because it is a program that uses mother voice, its advantage is that mothers can continue to utilize it at their homes in the future as well.
