영문 초록

Downtown commercial district has to perform social community space and local economy activity space during a growth process had multiple functional role of central space that is commercial business function. Shinchon commercial district was represented downtown commercial district of Korea builded on Yonsei Univ and ewha Univ community along with gangnam, myungdong and jong-lo before the 2000s But after the 2000s, Shinchon commercial district has been losing an exchange of culture identity, it has slowly started to decline witch means commercial decline goes by natural decline and social image shinchon commercial distric has natrual decline but also come about social image decline, because Shinchon is getting catastrophic condition of social image then become superannuated. Seoul city was designated urban renewal pilot project in Shinchon dong area in December 2014 for realizing to activate the local economy. This study defines the commercial decline though the relevant prior research and theory analysis,to analysis natural standards, social standards of commercial factors decline,after reorganizing the Group of experts commercial factors, through in depth interviews of F.G.I, proceeded to the target after a visitor survey with Local traders who work in commercial activity. Compared to the factor of activating commercial business methods in Shinchon, and find out the suitability and then present the reasons for what facotrs are browsing the cause that commercial decline.
