과학적 최면수사를 위한 신뢰성 확보 방안

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 최면수사의 과학적 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 최면감수성 측정체계 정립의 필요성을 제기하고 현재 최면과 관련된 실험에서 많이 활용되고 있고 세계적으로 타당성과 신뢰성이 입증된 최면감수성 측정도구인 HGSHS가 한국인에게도 타당도와 신뢰도를 가진 도구인지를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 한국인을 대상으로 한 HGSHS-K 측정결과와 외국의 사례를 비교하여 타당도를 확인하고, 측정 항목 간 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 최면감수성은 최면에 반응하는 정도로 개인마다 차이가 있는 개인의 특성이다. 최면감수성은 최면유도 방법과는 상관이 없으며 사회•문화적 배경에 따라 차이가 발생한다는 선행연구와 이론적 배경에 근거하였다. 연구결과, 한국의 HGSHS-K 측정결과와 외국사례와의 비교 및 신뢰도 확인을 통해 다음과 같은 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, HGSHS-K를 이용한 최면감수성 측정결과와 외국사례들의 결과를 비교 하여 HGSHS-K가 외국사례와 유의한 차이가 없는 것을 확인하여 한국인들의 최 면감수성 측정에 타당한 도구임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 개인특성(종교, 성별)과 최면 감수성 총점 및 측정 항목별 상관관계 확인을 통해 종교와 성별에 따른 최면감수성 에 차이가 없는 것을 확인하였다. 이 연구를 통해 범죄수사 및 정책적 관점에서 다음과 같은 기여를 할 수 있다. 첫째, 최면수사와 실험의 현장에서 최면의 요소 중, 과학적이고 통제되고 객관화 시킬 수 있는 요소인 최면감수성 측정의 필요성과 활용성에 대한 이해를 도모할 수 있다. 둘째, 효율적인 최면감수성 측정으로 피최면자의 최면수사 가능여부를 확인 하여 수사기관의 불필요한 시간과 인력의 낭비를 예방하여 최면수사의 효율화에 기여할 수 있다. 셋째, 개인특성과 최면감수성과의 상관관계를 확인하여 개인특성에 따른 최면감수성의 차이에 대한 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 넷째, 최면감수성과 기억 회상과의 관련성 연구로 최면수사가 기억회상에 영향을 미치는지와 영향을 미친다 면 긍정적 영향을 미치는지 또는 부정적 영향을 미치는지 등 최면수사와 기억회상 에 관한 논란을 해결하고, 최면수사의 과학적 신뢰도를 향상하기 위한 기반을 제공 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

On this study, In order to secure the scientific credibility of hypnotic investigation, the research has raised the need for the establishment of a system for hypnosis, which is widely used in experiments involving hypnosis and reliability, and proved to be a propriety and reliable tool for HGSHS-K, which is currently proven to be propriety and reliable. In order to verify the validity of the survey, the results were verified by comparing the results of the survey and confirming the reliability by checking the reliability between the foreign countries. hypnotizability is a personal trait that varies with individuals who respond to hypnosis. hypnotizability has nothing to do with the methods of hypnosis, and is based on a leading study and a theoretical background based on social and cultural backgrounds.
