국문 초록

이 연구는 바흐친의 대화주의 글쓰기 이론을 바탕으로 동료 피드백을 활용한 글쓰기 수정 방법과 의의를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대화주의 글쓰기의 원리를 ‘대화’, ‘다성성’, ‘타자’의 개념을 통해 살펴보면서, 글쓰기를 글쓴이와 그를 둘러싼 다양한 타자와의 대화적 상호작용 행위로 이해하고자 했다. 그리고 글쓴이는 글쓰기 과정에서 수많은 타자와의 내적 대화를 통해 자신의 글을 반성적으로 살펴봄으로써 자기주도적으로 더 나은 수정 방향을 정하는 것이 필요함을 강조하고자 했다. 아울러 이 연구에서는 대화주의적 원리를 기반으로 하여, 동료 피드백을 활용한 실제 글쓰기 수정 사례 를 분석하였다. 사례 분석 결과, 글쓴이는 자기반성적 내적 대화를 바탕으로 피드백 내용을 비판적으로 수용했음을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 피드백을 제공해 준 학생의 입장에서도 피드백 과정에서 자신의 글과 동료의 글을 머릿속에서 비교해가면서 내적 대화를 했음을 짐작해 볼 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 내적 대화의 과정을 통해 자신의 글을반성적으로 바라볼 수 있었다는 점에서 피드백을 제공한 학생에게도 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 동료 피드백에서의 내적 대화를 활용한 글쓰기 수정은 학생들이 글쓰기의 대화주의적 원리를 이해하고, 자기주도적으로 글을 수정할 수 있는 역량을 길러줄 수 있다는 점에서 글쓰기 교육에 유용하리라 본다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the method and significance of writing modification by using internal dialogue in peer feedback on the basis of Bakhtin s dialogism writing theory. For this, by examining the principle of dialogism writing through the concept of ‘dialogue’, ‘polyphony’, ‘Others’, writing was to be understood as dialogue interaction behavior between writer and a variety of Others around writer. And this study emphasized that the writer should be self-directed to better refine his writing by reviewing his writings through internal dialogue with numerous ‘Others’ during the writing process. In addition, it presented actual writing feedback and modified practices utilizing the internal dialogue based on principle of dialogism. It was examined that in actual writing feedback and modified practices utilizing the internal dialogue, writer accepted critically contents of feedback through self-reflective internal dialogue. Also, the student who provided the feedback made an internal dialogue by comparing his writing with colleagues in the feedback process. Writing modification utilizing the internal dialogue makes the students understand the principle of dialogism and cultivate the ability to modify their writing self-directly, so it is considered to be useful in writing education.
