노인장기요양기관 요양보호사의 사회적 지지와 직무스트레스에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장기요양기관의 사회적 지지와 직무스트레스에 관한 연구로서, 시설의 종류(노인의료복지시설과 재가시설), 서울 3개소, 충남 5개소, 충북 1개소, 전북 1개소에 종사하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 실시하였다. 조사기간은 2015년 7월부터 12월까지 설문조사를 의뢰한 후 회수하는 방법으로 실시하였다. 최종적으로 250부를 분석에 사용하였다. 장기요양기관의 사회 인구학적 특성 사회적 지지의 차이를 살펴보면, 사회적 지지의 평균과 표준편차를 살펴보면 5점 만점에 평균 3.34점으로 중간정도의 수준이었으며, 연령, 혼인상태, 학력에 대해 유의미한 차이가 났으며, 49세 이하, 기타, 전문대학이상 요양보호사의 사회적지지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회 인구학적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스의 차이는 5점 만점에 평균 2.60점으로 중간 이하의 수준이었으며, 월 평균소득에 대해 유미한 차이가 나고 100만원 이하 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무특성에 따른 사회적 지지의 차이를 살펴보면, 요양보호사의 직무특성에 따른 사회적 지지 차이는 시설운영주체에 대해 유의미한 차이가 났으며, 개인시설 요양보호사의 사회적지지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무특성에 따른 직무스트레스 차이는 시설종류, 시설운영주체, 직업선택 동기에 대해 유의미한 차이가 났으며, 재가노인복지시설, 비영리법인, 가계에 보탬이 되려는 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study has a purpose of apprehending the effect of recognition for Perception of Human Rights Infringement, experiences of human rights violations and social support of care workers on job stress from service subjects. This research is the study on the effect of recognition for Perception of Human Rights Infringement of care workers in residential home for the elderly on job stress, and it carried out survey targeting care workers working in a total of 10 places which are 3 places in Seoul(2 places of senior medical welfare facilities, 1 place of elderly welfare facility), 5 places in Chungnam(4 places of senior medical welfare facilities, 1 place of elderly welfare facility), 1 place in Chungbuk(1 place of elderly welfare facility) and 1 place of Jeonbuk(1 place of elderly welfare facility). The investigation period was from July in 2015 to December and a total of 201 were used for analysis. The difference of social support according to the socio - demographic characteristics of long - term caregivers was median of 3.34 points out of 5 points. There was a significant difference in age, marital status, educational background, In addition, the social support of caregivers over college was high. The difference of job stress according to socio - demographic characteristics was average of 2.60 points out of 5 points. The difference of monthly average income was high and job stress of under 1 million won was high.Second, the difference of social support according to the job characteristics of the caregivers showed a significant difference and the social support of the private facility caregivers was high. The difference of job stress according to job characteristics showed a significant difference in the type of facility, facilities, and job choice motivation, and it was found that job stress of caregivers who are going to be added to welfare facilities, non - profit corporations and households.
