한국 기술교사 자격기준에 터한 신규기술교사의 교육요구도

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 기술과 신규교사의 기술교사 자격기준에 대한 중요도와 자신의 능력 정도를 분석하여 교육요구도를 파악하는데 있다. 연구 방법은 문헌연구와 조사연구를 통해 이루어졌으며, 조사 내용은 ‘기술교사의 자격기준’이었고, 모집단은 교육경력 5년 이하의 전국 기술교사이며, 표집된 대상은 기술교사 1정 자격 연수를 받고 있는 신규기술교사이었다. 자료 분석은 기술교사 자격기준 대한 중요도, 현재 자신의 능력 정도, 교육요구도 이었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신규기술교사는 기술교사 자격기준에 대하여 매우 중요하게 인식하고 있었으며, 성별 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 신규기술교사의 기술교사 자격기준에 대한 자신의 능력 정도는 평균 3.50으로 대체로 보통보다 높게 인식하고 있었으나 자격기준의 중요도 평균 4.31보다는 낮은 값을 나타냈다. 또한 기술교사 자격기준에 대하여 성별에 따른 능력 차이는 6개 세부기준에서 확인되었다. 셋째, 신규기술교사의 기술교사 자격기준에 대한 교육요구도는 영역별로는 ‘전문성 개발영역(4.17)’, ‘수업능력 영역(4.03)’, ‘교육과정 개발 운영 영역(3.79)’ 순으로 교육요구도가 높게 나타났다. 반면 ‘학습환경 조성과 관련된 영역에서는 1.69로 상대적으로 가장 낮은 교육요구도 값을 보였다. 이 연구의 결과인 교육요구도는 기술교사 양성기관이 교육과정 및 수업을 개선하거나 보완하여 체계적으로 양질의 기술교사를 길러내는데 도움을 주는 중요한 자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify educational needs(EN) of secondary school fresh technology teacher by importance degree(ID) and current self competence degree(SCD) about education contents of Standards for Technology Teacher. In order to accomplish the purpose, previous studies and Standards for Technology Teacher concerned were reviewed and questionaire survey method was used. A population is all secondary school fresh technology teacher of the hole country and a sample is 81 first-class licensed teacher qualification training of technology subject. Data analyses are ID, SCD, and EN. The major findings of this study were as follows; Firstly, secondary school fresh technology teacher generally acknowledged contents of Standards for Technology Teacher momentously and nothing differently in accordance with distinction of sex. Secondly, secondary school fresh technology teacher generally acknowledged lack of current self competence degree(M=3.50) than ID(M=4.31) about contents of Standards for Technology Teacher and six units differently in accordance with distinction of sex. Finally, the educational needs about education contents of Standards for Technology Teacher came out in next order; Development Professionalism(4.17) , Ability of Lessons(4.03) , Development curriculum and management(3.79) area. But the educational needs of Constructing Learning condition(1.69) area came out very low. The results of this article help University of Training Technology Teacher manage curriculum systematically and supplement it.
