초등학교 수업에서 활용되고 있는 웹 코스웨어에 대한 초등교사들의 인식 사례 연구

국문 초록

제주 지역의 초등 교사를 대상으로 초등학교 수업에서 활용되고 있는 웹 코스웨어에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위하여 조사 연구가 수행되었다. 현재 초등학교 교실에서 많이 사용되고 있는 특정 웹코스웨어(A)를 조사 대상으로 하였으며, 조사를 위하여 22개의 질문 문항을 갖는 질문지를 개발하였다. 또한 A 웹 코스웨어에 대한 평가를 위하여, 제주특별자치도에 근무하고 있는 57명의 초등학교 교사들의 응답 결과가 분석되었다. 이 조사 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, A 웹 코스웨어는 형식의 적합성 영역에서 비교적 높게 평가 받았다(M=4.04). 구체적으로, 웹 자료 형태의 적합성(M=4.04)과 세트화 형태의 적합성(M=4.04) 모두 높게 평가 받았다. 둘째, A 웹 코스웨어는 교육 효과성 영역에서 평균 3.32의 평가를 받았다. 구체적으로, 수업 자료가 아동의 논리력, 사고력, 창의력 등의 문제해결 능력을 촉진시키는지에 대해서 상대적으로 낮은 평가(M= 3.00)를 받았으나, 교육 내용, 교육 방법 등에 있어서 현장 교육을 개선하는데 도움을 주는지에 대해서는 비교적 높은 평가(M= 3.63)를 받았다. 셋째, A 웹 코스웨어는 교육과정 실현 타당성 영역에서 평균 3.41의 평가를 받았다. 이 항목의 내용 중 가장 높은 평가를 받은 항목은 교육과정 내용과 연계성이 있다는 항목(M=4.23)이었으며, 학습 내용이 필요에 따라 지역화 되어 제시되어 있다는 항목(M=2.74)은 가장 낮은 평가를 받았다. 넷째, A 웹 코스웨어는 교수ㆍ학습 적합성 영역에서 평균 3.53의 평가를 받았다. 이 항목 중에서 가장 높게 평가 받은 것은 메뉴 구성이 학습 차시에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 구성되어 있고 사용 방법이 간편하다는 항목(M=4.05)이었으며, 가장 낮은 평가를 받은 항목은 활용이 쉽도록 자료들에 대한 활용 안내서 또는 지도서가 제공되어 있다는 항목(M=2.95)이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the awareness of elementary school teachers on an web course ware being used in elementary school class. A questionnaire with 22 items concerned with web course ware was developed. 57 elementary school teachers in Jeju province evaluated the web course ware. The responds were analyzed to evaluate the web course ware that is being used by elementary school teachers. The major findings were as follows: First, the web course ware was evaluated with the high level in the domain of adoption of type (M=4.04), especially, in Both of the adaption of web resource type (M=4.04) and the adaption of set type (M=4.04). Second, the web course ware was evaluated with mean 3.32 in the domain of educational effectiveness. Especially, the web course ware was evaluated with the low score relatively in the item that resources for classes enhance students’ problem-solving abilities concerned with logic, thinking and creativity (M=3.00). And the web course ware was evaluated with the high score relatively in the item that it is helpful to class in educational contents and methods (M=3.63). Third, the web course ware was evaluated with mean 3.41 in the domain of validity of curriculum realization. the item that the web course ware is associated with the contents of curriculum was evaluated with the highest score (M=4.23). But the item that contents for learning are represented concerning localization was evaluated with the lowest score (2.74). Forth, the web course ware was evaluated with mean 3.53 in the domain of teaching & learning adaption. The item that the composition of menu is easy to reach for the learning contents and it is simple to use the web course ware was evaluated with the highest score (M=4.05). But the item that a guidebook and a manual are supplied for the convenience of users was evaluated with the lowest score (2.95).
