동해안지역의 중기 연속점열문토기에 대한 검토

국문 초록

본고는 우리나라 동해안지역에서 확인되는 연속점열문토기에 대한 검토이다. 연속점열문토기는 동해안을 중심으로 함경도의 금송촌유적에서 강릉, 경주, 부산지역에서 확인된다. 특징은 시문방법이 연속점열문이라는 점과 문양이 구연부에서 동체중위까지만 시문된다는 점이다. 문양형태는 평형점열문, 삼각점열문, 능형점열문, 익상점열문, 파상(波狀)점열문, 절상(節狀)점열문이다. 기형은 발형, 옹형, 호형에 한정되며 호형토기는 익상연속점열문이 주로 시문된다. 연대는 중기전반에 평형점열문과 능형점열문이 많이 출토된다. 중기후반에는 평행점열문이 상대적으로 적게 확인되고 익상점열문, 삼각점열문, 파상(波狀)점열문, 절상(節狀)점열문이 새롭게 출현한다. 동해안지역의 연속점열문토기는 전기후반에 중서부지역과의 접촉에 의해 문양 시문기법을 받아들여 나타난 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 연속점열문토기는 동해안에서 점점이 확인된다. 이는 쿠르시오 난류의 지류인 동한난류의 북쪽 한계선이 함경도까지 올라간다는 점에서 특정 어류를 포획하기 위한 집단의 이동, 교류 등에 의해서 나타난 산물로 판단된다. 주변에서 연속점열문토기가 확인되는 대동강지역, 경기도지역, 금강지역, 동북지역과 비교한 결과 연속점열문이라는 시문기법만 동일하고 문양구성, 구연부의 형태 등에서 차이가 있기 때문에 서로 다른 계통으로 파악된다.

영문 초록

The study of the pottery with sequent range of points on the eastern coast of korea given various of the process. It was spreaded out there re Gangreung, Gyeongju and Busan with the eastern coast as its center in addition to Kumsongchon site, Hamgyeong province. It s characteristic of the Gangsang-ri type have sculpting method in the dot lined, patterning limit in horizontal, triangle, diamond and wing lined dots to be pressed. A limited pottery shape have shown in vessel, pot type. It s characterized by a sculpted wing lined dots in pottery of pot type. There re studies on the chronology is No. 3, No. 4 dwelling ruin were changed to No. 6 after No. 1 by examining Jikyeong-ri site. It s divided the middle into halves with centers on the emerging pottery lined from southen coast to Gangwon Yeongdong province in the period of Jikyeong-ri site. It s assigned the step of No. 1 dwelling ruin in first middle period, the No. 6 in the last middle. Based on them, horizontal and diamond dot lined pattern were gotten the upper hand in first half, the diamond and wing lined dots were large amount, the horizontal dot lined was in a minority in the last. It is a proper time midlle half that it s behind step of No. 1 dwelling ruin, Jikyeong-ri site in view of the fact that the triangle, diamond lined dots were mostly held a numerical advantage for pattern of the remains from Gangsang-ri site. It’s estimated to be emerging the pottery with sequent range of points by adopting the inscribed pattern technique, after contacting with the midwest in the Jigyeong-ri 3 & 4 progress stage for the dwelling site. When comparing northeast and midwest region as the surrounding area, it s perceived to be another system because they are much different than how it s same property in form of pottery, pattern etc. except in common the dots lined pattern. And to conclude, the difference of time each regions in some but the Gangsang-ri type of pottery had been generated in Gangwon Yeongdong province, it s seen as spreading to the north into Hamgyeongnamdo province and to the south into Busan region.
