장서각 소장 『여령각정재무도홀기』의 연도 재고

국문 초록

이 글은 필자가 정재 반주악곡에 관심을 가지고 홀기와 의궤의 의주를 살펴보던 중 동일한 연향임에도 불구하고 두 기록물의 반주악곡명에 차이가 있음을 발견하고 신축년 진찬의 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2885)의 연대에 의구심을 해결하기 위해 서술하였다. 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2885)를 신축년 『진찬의궤』(1901년), 『진연의궤』(1901년)와 장서각 소장의 『정재무도홀기』, 기타 여러 시기의 의궤 및 홀기와 비교검토를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2885)를 1901(신축년, 광무5)의 『진찬의궤』의 진찬의 및 야진찬의 의주와 비교한 결과, 두 자료의 정재 반주악곡 아명이 유사하지 않았다. 그러므로 1901(신축년)의 자료가 아닐 가능성이 크다. 둘째, 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2885)를 계사년(1893) 『정재무도홀기』와 정재 반주악곡 아명을 비교한 결과, 두 자료에서 대부분의 반주악곡 아명이 동일하게 나타났으므로, 두 자료가 시기적으로 어떠한 관련이 있을 것임을 짐작할 수 있었다. 또한, 정재 반주 악곡 아명의 유사 정도로 볼 때 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2885)와 『여령각정재무도홀기』 (2-2893), 그리고 계사년(1893) 『여령각정재무도홀기』는 시기적으로 같은 시기의 홀기일 가능성이 크다고 유추할 수 있었다. 원 자료의 연대 고증은 그것을 바탕으로 연구되는 모든 성과물의 논지의 정확성을 위해 매우 중요한 작업이므로 고증 및 재검토는 반드시 선행되어야 할 과제이다.

영문 초록

In the midst of researching on Hol-gi (笏記) and Ui-gwe (儀軌), the court records that contains the details about whole process of national annual events, even though it was a same banquet, there was a difference of the title of accompaniment music between those two records. By the research on the record Yeoryeonggak Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi(2-2885) which is about a banquet was hold in Sinchuk-year(1901), the recorded time is doubtful. The conclusion throughout the research on comparing several record documents such as Jinchan Ui-gwe(1901), Jinyeon Ui-gwe(1901), Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi are below. Comparing the banquet(1901) in Yeoryeonggak Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi(2-2885) to the records in Jinchan Ui-gwe, the title of accompaniment music are different from each other. It seems that there is huge possibility that the records in Yeoryeonggak Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi didn t take place in 1901. Comparing the banquet(1893) in Yeoryeonggak Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi(2-2885) to Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi, most of the accompaniment music names are matched. It means there is a time-connection between these two records. Moreover, since the music title is matched each other, those two books named Yeoryeonggak Jeongjae Mudo Hol-gi, Jeongjaemudo Hol-gi seem to describe the same events that took place in identical period. Studying historical evidence and doing historical research and investigation on the archive documents are vital work to establish the accuracy. Therefore re-examination and historical research on the materials in archive should be the essential prerequisites.
