국문 초록

차량화재는 다양한 원인으로 발생하고 있는데, 수리결함과 관련된 경우도 있다. 이 논문에서는 교통사고로 인해 정비공장에서 수리를 하고 출고한 후 다음 날 10 km정도를 주행하고 주차장에 주차하고 약 5분 경과한 상태에서 발견된 승용차화재 사례를 차량화재의 원인 분석방법과 절차에 따라 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 차량 구입 후 추가로 설치한 HID 안개등 전선을 교통사고로 수리하며 재설치하는 과정에서 전선에 당기는 힘이 작용하도록 설치하여 브레이크 배관 등과 닿아 전선 피복이 손상되어서 합선되어 화재가 발생한 것으로 분석하였다.

영문 초록

A car fire occurs by various causes and some fires are associated with the defect of repair. This study investigated and analyzed a car fire case by analysis method and procedure of car fire cause. The car was repaired after a traffic accident in a car service center. The car traveled 10 km in the day after its delivery and then the fire occurred five minutes after its parking at the parking lot. The results were as follows. The electric wire of HID fog light, which was added after the purchase of the car, was repaired and reinstalled after a traffic accident. But, in the course, the electric wire was installed to work the pulling force and touched a brake hose. It may cause the damage of wire coating and a short and result in a fire.
