국문 초록

본 연구에서는 재난안전산업 특수분류와 소방산업, 방재산업 특수분류를 비교 분석하고, 재난안전산업 특수분류의 향후 개선방안을 제시하였다. 재난안전산업, 방재산업, 소방산업 특수분류는 중복성, 유사성을 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 재난안전산업 특수분류 개정시 중복항목, 필수항목의 효율적 관리를 위하여 통합운영이 필요하다. 또한 신기술, 융합기술이 반영된 재난안전산업분야와 현재 포함되어 있지 않은 교육서비스업의 추가 반영해야한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes three special classifications of disaster-related industries, i.e., disaster-safety industry, disaster-prevention industry, and fire-protection industry, to compare their attributes and characteristics and to propose improvement direction. It is found that these three special classifications have redundancies and similarities and, therefore, a comprehensive and inclusive approach is desired for more efficient management of the redundant items in amending special classification of disaster-safety industry. Furthermore, emerging technology and converging technology industries as well as the education service industry which is currently excluded must be additionally reviewed to be included in the special classification of disaster-safety industry.
