국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중소제조기업의 아웃소싱 파트너선정 중요 요인들을 재분류 및 구조화하고 개별 적인 선정요인들의 영향력을 계량화하여 아웃소싱 파트너선정 중요 요인을 도출하였다. 자료 분석 결과를 보면 평가영역 간의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위는 상위계층 요인의 경우 기업역량, 고객 요인, 재무적 요인의 순으로 나타났으며 하위계층 요인의 경우 최고 경영자 비전, 품질성과, 인적 자원 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 아웃소싱 파트너선정 중요 요인에 대한 제조부문과 회계부문별로 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위는 상위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문과 회계부문 모두 기업 역량, 고객요인, 재무적 요인 순으로 나타났으며, 하위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문은 최고 경영자 비전, 품질성과, 인적자원 역량 순이며, 회계부문은 인적자원 역량, 최고 경영자 비전, 품질성과 순으로 하위계층 요인의 경우 제조부문과 회계부문의 우선순위에서 차이점이 있다는 결과를 도출 하였다. 중소제조기업이 본 연구 결과로 도출된 요인들의 우선순위와 상대적 중요도에 따라 아웃 소싱 파트너를 선정 한다면 시행착오를 최소화하고 핵심역량에 집중할 것이며, 아웃소싱에 대한 통찰력 제고와 이해하는데 기여 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This paper presents re-classified and structured selection criteria on outsourcing partners for small and medium-sized manufacturing firms, quantifies the effects and influence of individual selection criteria, and investigates the importance amongst these factors. The results illustrate that while corporate competence has exhibited the highest score on relative importance and priority, followed by client factors and financial factors, in the upper layer, the CEO’s vision has shown the highest result, with quality performance and human resources (competence) just behind, in the lower layer. In terms of relative importance and priority in manufacturing and accounting sectors for outsourcing partner selection criteria, corporate competence has proved to be the most important for both manufacturing and accounting sectors in the upper layer, preceding client factors and financial factors in that order; for the lower layer, the CEO’s vision, followed by quality performance and human resources (competence), has scored the highest in manufacturing, while human resources (competence) has been rated as the most important in accounting, followed by the CEO’s vision and quality performance, thus demonstrating the different priorities in manufacturing and accounting sectors in the lower layer. Small and medium manufacturers may be able to minimize errors, focus on their core competence, and improve their understanding of and insights on outsourcing if they select their outsourcing partners according to the relative importance and priority of selection criteria deduced from this study.
