한국 웹 서비스의 보편적인 주제에 대한 이해

국문 초록

최근 많은 사용자들이 웹 서비스 개념(Wainewright, P, 2002; Infavio, 2004; Hennin-Thurau, T. Malthause, E.C. Friege, C. Gensler, S. Lobschat, L., Rangaswamy, A., and Sliera, B, 2010)의 효율성과 예상 되는 이익으로 인해 웹 서비스를 그들의 기관에 적용 및 수행하고 있다. 한국에서는웹 서비스를 경쟁 우위를 위한 패러다임으로써 개발 중인 단계에 있다. 한국의 사용자와 연구자들은 인지 및 예견된 혜택의 달성을 보장하기 위해 웹 서비스에 대한 보다 나은 이해가 필요하다. 그러나 아직 한국 웹 서비스의 실용화 단계를 뛰어넘는 수준의 연구가 발표되지는 않았다. 웹 서비스 시스템과 패러다임에 관련된 문헌은 실용적, 그리고 학문적 연구의 검토를 통해 습득 되었다. 웹 서비스와 관련된 다양한 주제는 웹 서비스에 있어 매우 중요한 5가지 요소로 분류된 다. 준비 단계에서는 13명의 한국 웹 서비스 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 5가지 중요 요소로부터 분화된 웹 서비스의 개념 및 패러다임에 있어 중요한 13가지 주제를 밝힌다. 개인적 구성 심리학 (PCP) 접근법은 연구자들로 하여금 이분법적 변수 집합(네, 아니요)의 관점에서 이 연구의 목적과 일치하는 전문가들의 인식을 얻도록 해준다(Kelly, G.A., 1955; Parr, A.N., Shanks, G. & Darke, P., 1999). 여기 제시된 연구에서는 Delphi 기간에 한국 웹 서비스 전문가 집단이 초대되어 웹 서비스의 미래 역할 및 사용법에 관한 의견 및 논평, 그리고 가까운 미래에 일어날 수 있는 중요 주제에 대한 찬반 의견을 공유할 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the effectiveness and prospective benefits of the Web Services concept (Wainewright, P, 2002; Infavio, 2004; Hennin-Thurau, T. Malthause, E.C. Friege, C. Gensler, S. Lobschat, L., Rangaswamy, A., and Sliera, B, 2010) encourages many users to adopt and carry out Web Services within their organizations. Korea has been in the process of developing WS systems as a paradigm for competitive advantages. Users and researchers in Korea need to better understand Web Services to ensure the success of the perceived promising benefits. However, no published research has yet extended beyond the practical implementation phase of Web Services in Korea. Web Services Systems and paradigm literatures were obtained from practical and academic papers and reviewed. The various topics of literature related to Web Services were grouped to form five elements that seemed to be critical for Web Services. Interviews with 13 Korea Web Services experts revealed a total of 13 themes that came from five elements, all of which are significant for Web Services systems and paradigm. The Personal Construct Psychology(PCP) approach allowed the researcher to obtain experts’ perception that was consistent with the purpose of this study in term of a set of dichotomous variables (Yes or No) (Kelly, G.A., 1955; Parr, A.N., Shanks, G. & Darke, P., 1999). A group of Korean WS experts‘ opinions and comments about the future role and use of WS are summarized based on the 13 themes and their agreement or disagreement regarding each key theme would occur within the next 5 to 10 years.
