국문 초록

웹서비스는 vendor, platform, language－independent (언어독립적), loosely coupled, 그리고 내외적인 정보시스템들의 저비용 통합 등을 용이하게 한다는 장점들 덕분에, 정보시스템의 여러 가지 다양한 분야들에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 약속된 기술로 여겨져 왔습니다. 이러한 웹서비스의 유효성과 장점들은 많은 실무자들이 다양한 조직들에 웹서비스 기술을 수용하고 구축하는 것을 촉진시켜 왔습니다. 그러나, 웹서비스의 실제적인 구축 외의 이론적인 연구들은 현시점에서 아직 미비한 상태입니다. 그래서 이 연구에서는 웹서비스의 조직의 구축에 관한 세가지 분야를 (organizational implementation success；project implementation success；and technical implementation success) 도출함으로써 웹서비스의 프로젝트의 성공확률을 높일 수 있는 이론적 모델을 제안하고 있습니다.

영문 초록

Web Services has been considered a promising technology that has the potential to impact many aspects of information systems in terms of facilitating vendors, platform, language－independence, loose coupling, and inexpensive integration of both internal and external systems (Welch and Pandey 2007；Wainewright 2002；Infravio 2004). That effectiveness of Web Services systems has encouraged many practitioners to adopt and implement Web Services in their organizations recently. However, relatively little research has yet extended beyond the practical implementation phase of Web Services. In this article, the researcher proposes a theoretically－based implementation framework that can support a high success rate of Web Services projects by identifying 3 areas of implementation of Web Services in organizations：organizational implementation success, project implementation success, and technical implementation success.
