국문 초록

미술교육은 아이들의 꿈과 창의력을 길러주는 일이다. 또한 아이들의 삶을 원활하게 해주는 윤활유와 같은 역할을 하기도 한다. 자동차 윤활유가 자동차를 부드럽고 빠르게 달릴 수 있도록 도와주는 것처럼 미술교육은 아이들의 머릿속에서 끈임 없이 많은 상상력과 창의성을 만들어내기 때문이다. 그러한 아이들의 생각들을 편안하게 유도하고 활동 전 생각을 정리할 수 있도록 Thinking Maps를 활용한 창의성 미술 교육 지도 방안을 제시하려한다. Thinking Maps는 1998년 Hyerle에 의해 고안된 시각적 언어로 미국에서 학생들의 독해능력 향상과 글쓰기 과정의 문제 해결을 위하여, 그리고 사고 기술의 향상을 위해 여덟 가지 유형의 맵으로 일반화되었다. Thinking Maps의 8가지 유형에는 서클 맵(Circle Map), 트리맵(Tree Map), 버블 맵(Bubble Map), 더블 버블 맵(Double Bubble Map), 플로우 맵(Flow Map), 멀티 플로우 맵(Multi Flow Map), 브레이스 맵(Brace Map), 브릿지 맵(Bridge Map)이 있으며 이 맵을 활용하여 다양한 미술 교육 계획안을 작성해보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 Thinking Maps를 활용한 창의성 미술 교육을 통해 아이들이 자신의 생각을 끌어내고 정리할 수 있는 능력이 생겼으며 형태에 대한 표현력 또한 눈에 띄게 향상된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 아직 Thinking Maps의 효과에 대한 국내의 연구 사례가 부족하므로 본 연구의 결과 및 논의와 관련하여 추후에도 많은 연구가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The U.S. Art education leads children to creation and helps them make their way into their dream. These make children make their way into a harmonious life. Art makes children make their way into a life they have dreamed of, just as a car needs to have its engine to start their imaginative and creative life. Therefore, we have created a way in which children can think of an imaginative way, Thinking Maps. Thinking Maps was created in 1998, by Hyerle, a way in which a designing is created for problem including language problems and to enhance the eight technology developments which these were generated for. The eight categories in this include; Circle Map, Tree Map, Bubble Map, Double Bubble Map, Flow Map, Multi Flow Map, Brace Map and Bridge Map, and these were which prepared the U.S. arts education plan. Therefore, these plans made the conclusion that, Thinking Maps would help make the children, be able to think by themselves and be able to express their creativeness and be able to see these through their own eyes. However. Thinking Maps has insufficient influence in the country therefore there needs to be additional research into this area to construct a reasonable judgement into this particular area.
