영문 초록

Developed countries of nanotechnology in the world(the United States, Japan, and Germany) were commercialize nano-products. Recently in South Korea has grown rapidly to a large amount of investment in nanotechnology it is expected to lead the nano industry. However currently has been published results of experiments on the potential risks of nanomaterials there is a need for policies to protect the public s health. Nano safety management policy as two major proposals can be presented as a science and technology policy and legal policy. First science and technology policy measures the degree of nanomaterials a building management system that can accurately determine whether the safety nanotoxicity. And the contents of legal policy is a measure for maintaining the safety of nano products. Pre-regulation is the enactment of the law that can be safe nano material is produced in the post-relief is a claim for damages by nanomaterials. Risk of nanomaterials it is possible to predict the health damage caused by the human body of the infringement. If the nanomaterials has been sucked into the human body it was found to cause inflammation induced lung cells cure. Therefore in this study as ex post remedy to the human body damage that can be nanomaterial is caused by I tried the application of the product liability law.
