영문 초록

The purpose of this study is an empirical study on the factors of store choice for foreign discount store of consumers. Recently, distribution market is undertaking a great change which is a new foreign discount store. This study will provide not only the useful information to set up marketing strategy but also the marketing strategy direction due to the factors of store choice for foreign discount store of consumers. In order to verify two hypotheses, an empirical study was performed by using SPSS/ PC+ program. The data were collected by a questionnaire research committed to the customers who visit the foreign discount store in taejeon city. The analyses were carried out using 194 samples out of the total collection of 200 ones. The strategy of the foreign discount store marketing need to pursue the low cost operation and a good-quality service in accommodation of a new environmental tendency to wait for a market opportunity.
