영문 초록

We are living in an age of terror. The threat of terrorism faced by the international community today is one of the most serious problems. Now, a transnational terrorist acts have never been in South Korea is not free. Overseas Koreans also a target for terrorist attacks and the threat continues to prepare for terrorist attacks because it thoroughly, the safety of overseas Chinese should be protected. Korea is also a variety of domestic terrorism situation, the capability has been replaced in the North and always. The incidence and pattern of terror and terrorism, such as changing a variety of cross-border territory or by the forces of global terror network, because the formation and difficult to prevent in advance the characteristics are difficult to predict. Thus the problem of terrorism is not just a security and safety of the people is the most important issues directly related to survival, Korea also top the list of terrorist attacks because the country can be called strict precautions are required. In this paper, vulnerability and responsiveness of Korea's counter-terrorism environment and proposes future directions.
