국문 초록

GNSS 측위는 모든 측량 분야와 및 일상생활에서도 유용하게 사용되며 위성기준점의 고시성과를 기준으로 위치가 결정되어 진다. 그러나 재해재난과 지각변동의 원인으로 위성기준점의 고시성과는 변경되며 지적측량에는 신 구성과를 혼재하여 사용하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위성기준점의 고시성과 변화량에 따른 지적기준점과 필지경계점의 위치 이동량을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 필지경계점에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하고 현행 제도적 범주내에서 효율적인 필지경계점 성과의 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현재 위성기준점의 변경에 따른 필지경계점에 미치는 영향은 허용범위 이내의 변동이 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 환경변화에 대응한 필지경계점의 성과관리 방안이 조속히 마련되어야 한다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

GNSS position has been used in every measurement field and daily life, and position is determined based on announcement positioning of satellite station. However, the announcement positioning of satellite station is changed due to disaster and cluster movement, and for cadastral surveying, the new and the old positioning has mixed to be used. Therefore, this study has its aim to analyze positional movement amount of parcel boundary point and cadastral reference point based on changing amount of satellite station announcement positioning. In addition, through such analyze, this study has its aim to identify impacts on parcel boundary point and to suggest efficient management measures of parcel boundary point under the current institutional category. As a result, the influences of parcel boundary point based on changes of present satellite station have been identified that it has allowable changes. And positioning management measures of parcel boundary point corresponding to environmental changes should be established.
