국문 초록

2013년부터 직업능력개발훈련기관 역량평가나 훈련과정 심사 등에서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 활용한 훈련과정 개발이 있을 경우 가점을 부여하는 형태로 심사 및 평가를 실시하고 있으나, NCS를 활용한 훈련과정 개발 사례는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 지적분야의 지적측량 종사자의 훈련은 기존의 틀에서 벗어나 직업훈련과정의 질을 향상시키기 위해 NCS에 따른 내용과 수준을 반영하여 훈련과정을 개발하고, 지적측량 종사자의 훈련도 NCS에 따른 수행준거에 따라 개발할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 NCS를 활용한 훈련과정 개발이 활발히 이루어지도록 훈련과정 개발 지원을 위한 방안과 더불어 NCS 기반훈련과정 개발을 활성화하고 공공 및 민간 지적측량업체를 포함하는 지적측량 종사자 훈련의 품질 유지 및 제고를 위해 지적NCS 기반의 훈련계획을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다.

영문 초록

The Korean society has been used the NCS in the competency valuation and education courses around job competency development organizations until 2014. In development of a training course using NCS the government provides the addition points for valuation if the industry sector has the NCS . However these case don’t have any development cases based on NCS in present. The training of the cadastral surveyors in the cadastral area could be developed a special course to apply for the NCS for improving the cadastral surveying practice. Thus government will prepare and develop a training course using a cadastral NCS in case of the current cadastral surveyors training. This paper is to propose a solution to support a development of the training course for the sake of satisfying the cadastral surveying practice using a NCS tool. Also it has a purpose to introduce the special training plan based on the cadastral NCS for managing the quality of cadastral surveying as well as increasing the ability of public and private cadastral surveying companies.
