독거노인의 주거 인식유형에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 독거노인들의 주거유형에 관한 주관적 인식을 Q 방법을 통해 유형화하고 이를 바탕으로 주거유형별 특성을 파악하여 이론적 토대를 형성하는데 기여하고자 한다. 총 세 차례의 수정 및 재검토 과정을 거쳐 선정된 23개의 진술문을 23명의 독거노인을 대상으로 Q 분류를 하게 하였다. 분석 결과, 네 가지의 유형이 도출되었다. 유형 1은 ‘지지적 교류관계 부재형’, 유형 2는 ‘완전 고립형’, 유형 3은 ‘대인적 교류관계 단절형’, 유형 4는 ‘만족형’으로 명명하였다. 독거노인의 주거유형화를 통해 주거유형별 특성을 유추해 보면, 첫째, 유형 1은 향후 자살, 우울과 같은 심리적인 문제로 연결될 수 있다. 둘째, 유형 2는 총체적이면서 인과적인 주거선택으로 연결될 수 있다. 셋째, 유형 1과 3은 주거의 의미를 사회적․심리적 관계 측면에서 접근할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to grasp the subjective perception of the elderly people living alone about housing type through Q methodology and to contribute to form the theoretical basis to understand the type of housing properties based on it. A total of three times selected through a process of modification and review of 23 statements on the door to the Q classification was targeting 23 elderly people living alone. Analysis, four types were derived. Type 1 is support exchanges between member type, Type 2 is fully isolated type, Type 3 is interpersonal exchange relationships break type, Type 4 was named as satisfaction type. When to infer the type of housing typology of housing properties through the elderly living alone, first, type 1 can be linked to psychological problems, such as future suicide, depression. Second, type 2 can be connected as a whole, yet casual residential choice. Third, type 1 and 3 , it is necessary to access the sense of social housing to psychological side relationship.
