장애인복지관 종사자의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인복지관 종사자의 소진에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인간의 상호작용을 파악하고 소진예방을 위한 실천적인 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이에 소진의 전반적인 실태와 수준을 살펴보 았고, 소진의 하위요소별 영향요인을 분석하였다. 연구에 활용된 분석 자료는 한국장애인복지관협회의 교육훈련분과에서 조사된 원 자료를 이 차 분석하였고, 분석 방법은 기술 분석, t-검증, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구문제에 따른 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 인구사회학적 특성은 소진연구의 주요 결정요인으로 활용하기에는 제한점이 존 재하였다. 둘째, 전체소진에 영향을 미치는 주요요 은 업무환경과 사회적지지 요인이었다. 셋째, 소진의 하위요소별 영향력을 고려한 예방프로그램의 접근이 필요하므로 하위요소별 정 책적, 실천적 해결방법을 제시하였다. 넷째, 개인의 열정과 기관차원의 조직환경 요인도 고려되어야 할 환경요인으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 담았다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is analysing interactions among variables on influential factors on burnout workers and seeking method practice for burnout prevention. Therefore, the researcher looked at the overall situation and level of burnout and analyzed influence variables on sub-variables of burnout. Data of sub-committee about education and information in KAWCD(Korean Association of Welfare Centers for People with Disabilities) were used in this research. The methods of analysis for identifying research questions is descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and hierarchial regression analysis. The major findings are as following: First, sociodemographic characteristics of the individual are difficult to use as the main determining factor of burnout research. Second, the main factors affecting the whole burnout is work environment and social supports factor. Third, prevention programs considering influence on sub-variables of burnout are needed. Fourth, environment factor of organizational approach is also meaningful. Fifth, this study has practical suggestion and policy implications, study limitation.
