척수장애인의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 척수장애인의 상실감이 장애수용, 사회참여를 매개로 자살생각에 미치는 영향 정도 를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 척수장애인이 사회에 만연한 자살생각으로부터 자유롭고 보 다 나은 삶을 영위할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 척수장애인 134명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21을 이용하여 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과, “상실감은 척수장애인의 자살생각에 정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.”는 가설은 통계적으 로 유의미하게 나타났으며, “장애수용은 상실감과 척수장애인의 자살생각 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있을 것이다.”는 가설도 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 “사회참여는 상실감과 척수장애인의 자살생각 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있을 것이다.”는 가설도 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 척수장애인의 장애수용과 사회참여 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of influence on suicidal thoughts, loss, mediated disorders acceptance, social participation of people with disabilities spinal cord. Through this the spinal cord disabilities are presented for the purpose for ways to live a better life free from suicidal thinking prevalent in society. Collects data targeting the spinal cord 134 people with disabilities to achieve the object of the study was to carry out a regression using SPSS 21. As a result, “loss will have a positive effect on suicidal thoughts of the spinal cord disabilities” were observed significantly show a statistically significant, “disability acceptance will have a mediating effect on the relationship between the loss and the suicidal thoughts of a spinal cord disabilities” showed that a hypothesis is statistically significant. In addition, “community participation will have a mediating effect on the relationship between loss and suicidal thoughts.” The hypothesis was more statistically significant. It need to reduce suicidal thoughts of the spinal cord with disabilities on the basis of these findings.
