청소년의 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 인식하고 인터넷 중독이 청소년의 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 대전지역 중·고등학생 남녀 총 250명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 청소년의 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성, 인터넷 중독 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성은 모든 하위변인에서 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인터넷 중독의 하위변인인 생활장애, 현실장애, 긍정적 기대, 금단, 대인관계, 일탈행동, 내성은 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인터넷 중독과 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성의 관계를 살펴보면, 청소년의 일상생활장애, 내성 및 금단은 학교적응의 모든 하위변인이, 현실장애는 학교생활적응, 학교친구적응, 가족유대가, 긍정적 기대는 학교교사적응, 학교수업적응, 학교친구적응, 학교생활적응이, 대인관계는 학교친구적응이, 일탈행동은 자기통제력, 학교적응, 가족건강성의 모든 하위영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 연구는 자기통제력의 하위변인, 학교적응의 하위변인, 가족건강성의 하위변인을 예측변인으로 설정하고 인터넷 중독의 하위변인들을 준거변인으로 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였는데, 그 결과 청소년의 일상생활장애에서는 학교적응의 회귀식이 통계적으로 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 학교적응의 하위변인 중 학교생활적응과 가족건강성의 하위변인 중 가족 간 의사소통이 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 즉, 일탈행동에서 학교적응의 하위변인 중 학교생활적응이 가장 큰 설명력(6.8%)을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 여기에 가족건강성의 가족 간 의사소통이 더해지면 3.1%의 설명력을 갖게 된다.

영문 초록

This study recognized these problems and addiction in the adolescents self-control, school adjustment, the family strenghts was to evaluate the impact on health. Daejeon in subjects enrolled a total of 250 male and female, Middle and high school students conducted the survey. The mmajor results of the study were as follows: First, the adolescents of the self-control, school adjustment, family strengths, examining the relationship between Internet addiction, self-control, school adjustment, family health in an otherwise sub-factors were found to be correlated. Internet addiction disorder the sub life, real problems, positive expectations, withdrawal, interpersonal relations, deviant behavior, the negative correlation was found to be resistant. In addition, Internet addiction and self-control, school adjustment, examining the relationship of family health, The daily life of adolescents disorder, resistance and withdrawal of all sub-variables and school adjustment, the real failure in school adjustment, school adjustment friends, family bonds, the school teachers expect a positive adjustment, school adjustment, school adjustment friends, school life Adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and high school friends, the self-control deviant behavior, school adjustment, health of family members from all the sub-region, there were no significant differences. Second, this study of self-control sub-variables, school adjustment variables of the child and family health as predictors of sub-set of variables and factors of internet addiction as a sub-criterion variables was carried out stepwise multiple regression analysis, As a result, the daily lives of disabled children in the school adjustment regression equation were statistically significant predictors. School adjustment variables of the child and family health of the school life of adaptation interfamily communication of sub-factors were significant as a result. In other words, deviant behavior of the child in the school adjustment variables, school adjustment during the greatest variance (6.8%) were carrying. Interfamily health of our families, additional communication will have a variance of 3.1%.
