대학생 취업난의 스트레스 완화에 미치는 자연경관의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 취업난을 겪고 있는 대학생을 대상으로 사바나 자연경관이 주는 스트레스 치유효과의 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. D대학교에서 재학 중인 대학생 총 150명을 대상으로 설문조사가 수행되었다. 겨울방학 기말고사를 앞두고 있는 2008년 12월 1일부터 12월 15일 사이에 강의실에서 이루어 졌다. 취업난 스트레스를 동일화하기 위해 Video 동영상물을 보여준 후 ZIPERS척도를 통해 공포(fear)-각성(arousal), 분노(anger)-공격성(aggression), 슬픔(sadness), 긍정적 감정(positive affect), 그리고 관대함(attentiveness) 등의 5가지 요소를 7점 리커어트 척도로 측정하였다. 한편 사바나 지형을 묘사하는 사진을 토대로 작성된 8장의 슬라이드를 준 실험설계 방식으로 학생들에게 보여주고 다시 반복하여 ZIPERS척도를 통해 스트레스와 해방감을 측정하였다. 주된 연구결과에 따르면 취업난에 따른 사전 스트레스와 사바나 지형을 보고 난 후 반복측정된 스트레스 및 해방감은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 사바나 경관 중 특히 사바나 자연경관중 열대 우림의 초원식물로서 녹색 풀이 우거진 풍요로운 식생구조가 스트레스 완화효과가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was to examine the stress buffering effect in viewing the natural environmental settings, the Savanna settings, on physiological restorative benefits for the university students suffering from job stress. For collection of the data for the study, 150 questionnaires were distributed to the students be in D University. The survey was conducted during the 1, December, 2008 ～ 15, December, 2008. To make the job-seeking stress stimulus, the participants of this study were exposed to video clips described with the unemployment and frustration of students. The participants rated their stress in terms of variables such as fear, arousal, anger, aggression, sadness, positive affect, and attentiveness-look through the ZIPERS. The 8 slides based on the pictures of the Savanna's natural setting were showed to the student under the quasi-experimental design. The results were as follows. First, there were significantly differences between pre-stress and post-stress and psychological freedom elevation. Second, the most prominent part-worth coefficient was the tropical rain forest slide with affluent plain plant's of Savanna's settings.
