국문 초록

최근 수변공간을 활용한 도시계획은 도시관광, 휴식공간, 공공공간의 활성화를 위한 도시 관광매력물로 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 낙동강 구미지역의 수변관광개발에 따른 전략을 제시함으로써 지역발전과 주민들의 삶을 향상시키면서 관광객들에게 더욱 시민친화적인 문화관광지로서 발전방향을 제시하였다. 연구결과 수변관광개발을 통하여 새로운 도시공간의 생성이 가능하며, 수변공간의 접근성이 개선으로 공공커뮤니티로 다기능 역할 증가, 수변공간을 통한 도시 이미지 제고, 이벤트 및 프로그램 활성화가 이루어질 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 관광콘텐츠 효과를 높이기 위해선 다음 방안이 선결되어야 한다. 첫째, 수변관광은 종합적이고 체계적으로 진행되어야 한다. 둘째, 민간인 참여로 지역활성화를 유도해야 한다. 셋째, 휴식공간과 도시기능이 조화를 이루어야 한다. 넷째 환경친화적인 도시민의 생활공간으로 변해야 한다.

영문 초록

The metropolitan city plan of utilization of largest water front may energize the urban tourism, recreational space or relaxation, public space and there should be focus for the importance of urban tour attractions to energize it. In this case study of the largest water front development of the Nak-dong River, we way focus to upgrade the public urban life with local development including citizen friendly approach for tourists and to achieve this objective, we need to follow the cultural tourism development. In the conclusion, during the period of the largest water front development of the Nak-dong River, we may study more about the process to upgrade the effects of tourism contents. First of all, the largest water front should be develop collectively with systematically. Secondly, local urban energize or upgrading work should be done by local people participation system. Thirdly, the space for relaxation and infrastructures of urban should be upgrade. Forth, the city should be develop and change the life space for environment friendly urban people.
