신선농산물 물류효율화를 위한 콜드체인 시스템의 고도화 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

국내 경제의 저성장이 지속되는 가운데, 식품산업의 새로운 성장 동력 확충이 절실한 시점에서 낙후되어 있는 분야인 “신선농산물 물류효율화를 위한 콜드체인 시스템의 고도화 방안”에 관한 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. 본 연구의 목적은 신선농산물의 저비용 운영을 위한 저온유통체계의 고도화 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 농산물 콜드체인 발전의 전제조건으로 국내 콜드체인 유통실 태와 고비용 구조분석 및 고도화 방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 연구의 방법은 콜드체인 유통 관련 문헌조사와 통계를 수집하여 그 실태(청과물 콜드체인 유통비율이 3∼7%)를 파악하였다. 또한 콜드체인 업계가 당면하는 문제점을 살펴보기 위해 콜드체인 주요 업 종별(운송업, 보관업, 농산물 종합물류업, 유통업체, 컨설팅업체) 설문조사를 실시하여 그 과제와 개선방안을 제시하였다는데, 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 콜드체인의 고비용 구조의 분석을 위해 ‘D기업’사례를 중심으로 상온창고와 저온창고 설립비용의 비교분석과 상온차량과 저온차량의 구입비 및 운용비용의 비교분석을 통해 저온유통체계의 고비용 구조 요인을 분석 하였다. 본 연구는 향후 농산물 물류효율화를 위한 저온유통 활성화 전략 관련연구 및 저온물류기업 시장진입 시 유용하게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Slow growth in the domestic economy amid continuously, a new engine of food industry is needed. Especially, in a study on cold chain system for efficient distribution of fresh agricultural product, we should necessarily consider sophisticated methods more. The purpose of this paper is to enhance operation strategies of cold chain system at low-cost. First of all, as a major prerequisite to develop Korean agricultural cold chain system, the actual distribution condition and high-cost structure are specifically analyzed and also practical Enhancement plans are discussed in this paper. In terms of methodology, research results and statistics of cold chain logistics were collected for understanding the reality; only 3 to 7 percentage of fruit and vegetable products is distributed through the cold chain system. While examining the problem we are facing thoroughly, the author conducted a survey also on the employees of major industries in Cold chain; Transportation, Storage, Logistics, Distribution and Consulting industries. Thus, it is meaningful that the proposed blueprint and action plans in this paper are based on both scientific study and fieldwork. In addition, through case study of D company, analysis of high-cost cold chain system structure is implemented. Specifically, author did comparative analysis of establishment cost between general temperature facilities and low temperature one. Therefore, this study would support a further study on cold chain activation strategy. And furthermore, it would help Logistics company enter cold chain market. Consequentially, this research can be helpful to develop efficient logistics of Korean agricultural products.
