국문 초록

국내 물류시장은 대기업 중심의 물류자회사에 대한 학계의 우려와 정부의 3자 물류 활성화에 대한 지속적인 노력에도 불구하 고 여전히 내부거래의 비중이 높다. 또한 매출 상위 종합물류기업 중 내부거래 비중이 높은 기업군의 종업원 수와 매출액 대비 유형자산액이 낮은 수준에 머물고 있어 이들 기업집단의 고용과 투자가 사회적 기여 차원에서 소극적으로 이루어지고 있는 반면, 내부거래 비중이 낮은 기업군의 경우 상대적으로 높은 수준의 고용과 유형자산 보유가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 우리나 라의 물류시장이 겪고 있는 문제점 중 하나인 물류기업의 내부거래에 대하여 다루고자 하였으며, 물류기업이 관계회사와 맺고 있 는 내부거래가 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하는데 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 분석을 위하여 국내 물류시장의 특징을 반영 하여 매출액 대비 30%의 내부거래비율을 기준으로 두 개의 기업집단을 대별하여 분석을 진행하였다. 국내 매출 상위 종합물류기 업과 대기업 물류자회사를 대상으로 각 기업의 5개년도 재무자료를 바탕으로 내부거래가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며, 기업의 매출액 대비 내부거래 30%기준으로 구분한 두 개의 집단 모두 매출액 대비 내부거래의 크기는 수익성 변수에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내부거래 비중이 높은 기업 군의 경우 내부거래가 매출액증가율과 유형자산회전율에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 토대로 국내 물류시장에 대한 발전적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Korean logistics industry is still high proportion of the internal transaction despite government’s sustained efforts for activation of the third party logistics. The number of employees and capital value of tangible assets of the business group with more highly internal transactions at the nation’s top logistics firms hold a very low rank compared with sales. So these business group are passive about employment and investment at a social level, while the business group with more lowly internal transaction has a higher the number of employees and capital value of tangible assets. One of the big problem in Korean logistics industry is logistics firms’s Internal transactions, The purpose of this study is to grasp how the internal transaction with relational companies affects the financial performance of logistics firms. This study divided Korean logistics firms into two groups based on the ratio of the internal transaction 30% of total sales for analysis. This paper used financial data at he nation’s top certified integrated logistics companies and logistics subsidiaries to find the effects of internal transaction on financial performance. Analysis results are as follows, both of group have the same results that Internal transactions has a negative effect on profitability variables. And in cases of the business group with more highly internal transactions, the internal transactions has a positive effect on net sales growth rate and fixed assets turnover.
