심천사혈요법이 체열 및 승모근 통증에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 심천사혈요법의 치료 효과를 과학적으로 증명하기 위해 심천사혈요법에서 말하는 사혈점 7-9-30번혈을 시술하여 나타나는 체표 온도의 변화를 시술 전, 시술 직후, 시술 10분 후, 시술 30분 후를 비교 분석하고 승모근 통증의 완화 정도를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상과 방법은 평소 승모근 통증이 있는 남자1명과 여자 5명을 선정하여 1주 1회 씩 심천사혈요법 시술을 3회 실시하고 실험 측정은 적외선 체열진단기를 이용하였으며 시술 전 1차, 시술 직후 2차, 시술 10분 후 3차, 시술 30분 후 4차 적외선 체열 진단을 하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 뒷목 후두, 왼쪽 어깨, 오른쪽 어깨, 격유혈을 1차시기, 2차시기, 3차시기로 나누어 시술 전과 시술 직후, 시술 전과 10분 후, 시술 전과 30분 후, 시술 직후와 10분후, 10분 후와 30분 후를 평균 온도를 구해 표준편차를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하였고 숫자통증등급척도가 시술 전, 후 승모근 부위 체표 온도 변화와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze a change in skin temperature, which is shown by performing an operation of No. 7-9-30 Hyeol(穴) as virulent blood points of being mentioned in Simcheon Sa-hyeol remedy before procedure, right after procedure, 10 minutes after procedure, and 30 minutes after procedure in order to scientifically prove therapeutic effects of Simcheon Sa-hyeol remedy, and to examine reduction level in Trapezius muscle pain. As for research subjects and method, it selected 1 man and 5 women who have Trapezius muscle pain at ordinary times and carried out the procedure of Simcheon Sa-hyeol remedy three times by once a week. Experimental measurement was used Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging. The Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging was operated as the primary before procedure, as the secondary right after procedure, as the tertiary 10 minutes after procedure, and as the fourth 30 minutes after procedure. Seeing the findings, as a result of verifying the standard deviation by obtaining the average temperature between before procedure and right after procedure, between before procedure and 10 minutes later, between before procedure and 30 minutes later, between right after procedure and between 10 minutes later and 30 minutes later by dividing a back of neck & occipital , left shoulder, right shoulder, Gyeong Su(BL17), frontal neck, chest, facial brow, and jaw region into the primary time, the secondary time, and tertiary time, it grew statistically and significantly. The numerical pain rating scale was indicated to have correlation with a change in skin temperature of Trapezius muscle, chest, facial region before and after procedure.
