국문 초록

북한이탈주민을 위한 인문치료는 탈북 트라우마와 남한 사회의 적응 과정에서 오는 심리적 문제들을 지닌 북한이탈주민에게 인문학의 자료를 매개로 자기표현을 하게 함으로써, 자아정체성, 자기 존중감과 행복한 삶에 대한 의지를 강화하기 위한 목적으로 구성되었다. 본고의 목적은 인문치료에서의 글쓰기와 말하기에 나타난 북한이탈주민의 언어 표현과 치유 표현 양상을 고찰하는 데 있다. 인문치료의 글쓰기와 말하기 중심의 언어 표현과 표현예술치료의 비언어적 표현을 비교하였고, 표현주의 쓰기이론과 인문치료 글쓰기의 관련성과 차이점을 살펴보았다. 또한 인문치료의 글쓰기를 말하기와 비교하였고 치유의 글쓰기를 활성화하기 위한 인문치료 말하기의 소통구조를 고찰하였다. 북한이탈주민의 글쓰기와 말하기를 통해서 북의 가족과 사람들에 대한 죄책감, 미안함, 그리움, 두려움 등의 감정과 탈북할 때 겪었던 도하의 경험, 가족과의 이별의 아픔, 배고픔, 북에서 보낸 어린 시절의 추억 등을 표현하였고, 감정의 카타르시스, 통찰, 의지와 긍정성, 창조성과 같은 치유와 관련된 표현을 하였다.

영문 초록

Humanities treatment for north Korean defectors is to give them a chance to self-expression their psychological problems by using the material of humanities. These problems have come from their trauma and process in escaping from North Korea and adapting to Korean society. Through the expressions, it is intended for them to enhance their self identity, the will for self-esteem, and happy life. The purpose of this paper is to consider to study the expressive aspects and healing aspects of the north Korean defectors. I compared the performance art of the non-verbal expression which has been shown in speaking and writing in the humanities treatment and the linguistic expression of humanities therapy in writing education. Through the writing and speaking, the north Korea defectors expressed something like the following: guilt and sorry for left families in the North Korea, nostalgia, and emotions such as fear, the experience during escaping parting, pain with family, hunger, and memories of childhood that had been spent in the north . In addition, they showed feelings of catharsis, insight, positive will and creativity. Those expressions are related to healing humanities therapy.
