지속가능한 도시발전을 위한 생태도시 적용모형에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업화와 도시화 과정에서 파생되었던 생태계 훼손 및 파괴의 심각성을 인식하고 생태도시개발을 통하여 지속가능한 도시발전을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법으로는 문헌 및 자료를 토대로 이론적 틀을 구성하고 지속가능한 도시발전 적용모형을 구축한다. 개선방안으로는 계획과 추진의 절차 및 가치적인 연계를 중심으로 5개의 동인에 따른 5개 영역을 모형 화하였다. 절차적 연계모형으로는 사회적 동인에 따른 사업주체간 계획 및 추진의 연계, 정치적 동인에 따른 행정가와 전문가의 상호 협력시스템 구축, 경제적 동인에 따른 생태지표체계 및 평가시스템구축과 연계로 구성되었다. 가치적 연계모형으로는 문화적 동인에 따른 도시특성과 계획의 맞춤형 연계, 인식적 동인에 따른 생태도시 중심의 인식 전환 및 확산의 교육시스템 구축 체계로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 '연계 순환모형' 은 계획의 타당성과 합리성을 높이고 효율적인 추진을 가능하게 하여 생태도시가 지속가능한 형태로 발전하는 데 대안적 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study is to present improvement plan for sustainable city development through the development of eco city and recognize the seriousness in the destruction of ecosystem resulted in the process of industrialization and urbanization. (2) RESEARCH METHOD As a research method, it forms a theoretical frame based on references and materials, and has its comparison analysis on characteristics, differences, problems, applicabilities in domesticㆍoverseas eco cities. It establishes a sustainable city development application model based on the implication drawn in this study. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study draws an improvement plan of eco city development by the implication of social, political, economical, cultural, and cognitive causes. 2. RESULTS The improvement plan is classified focusing on the process of scheme and progress, and value linkage, and is modeled in 5 areas following 5 causes. Procedural linkage model is composed of business entity plan and progress connection, establishment of mutual cooperation system between administrators and experts, ecological index system, and connection with establishment of evaluation system. Value linkage model is composed of customized linkage between city's characteristics and its plan, change of recognition with eco city as its center, and its spread of education system cultivation structure, focusing on connections and flowback between variables related to city development. 'Linkage circulation model' suggested In this study improves the validity and rationality of plan, enables to increase feasible and efficient progress, and expects us to believe that it will work as an alternative role for the eco city to develop as a sustainable format.
