국문 초록

미송리형호의 여러속성 가운데 절대적인 속성으로는 발형구경부를 들수 있다. 따라서 이러한 속성을 갖추고 있는 일체의 토기를 미송리형호로 분류할 수 있다. 최근까지의 조사 정황을 고려하여 볼 때, 미송리형호에는 무문양의 것도 다수 제작되었다. 미송리형호는 무문양으로 출발해 곧이어 유문양이 발생하였으며 이후 두부류는 시종일관 공존하였다. 미송리형호는 지역적 토기 제작 전통에 따른 변이가 많아 일률적인 변화 패턴을 보이지 않는다. 이러한 점을 고려하여, 본고에서는 동체부형태를 제1기준으로 하여미송리형호를 6개 형식으로분류한 뒤, 각형식간의 상관관계와 시공간성 등에 대해 살펴보았다. 미송리형호는 대체로 요동 지역에서는 무덤 부장품으로만, 鴨緣江~淸川江 유역에서는 주거지를 중심으로 하되 무덤 부장품으로도, 大同江 유역에서는 주거지 사용 토기로만 제작되었다. 요동 지역의 미송리형호는 기원전 8~7세기에 급속하게 확산되었는데, 遼陽 일대를 중심으로 한청동기제작기술의 확산과 함께신기술을 상징하는 기종으로 인식되었기 때문이다. 이러한 사정은 서북한 지역 또한 마찬가지였는데, 일상 생활 용기와는 구분되는 상징적 용기로 제작되었다. 미송리형호는 기원전 6세기에 鄭家窪子類型이 형성되면서 급속하게 소멸되었는데, 서북한지역에서는 기원전5~4세기까지일부 제작되었다.

영문 초록

Of the many attributes of the Misong-ri type pottery an absolute attribute would be the basin shaped mouth and neck. Therefore all pottery with this attribute can be classified as Misong-ri type pottery. Based on the current research situation large numbers of plain Misong-ri type vessels were also manufactured. The Misong-ri type vessel began as plain pottery but not long after patterned vessels began to appear and the two types co-existed throughout the whole period. The Misong-ri type vessel shows many variations according to regional pottery manufacture traditions and does not show uniform patterns of change. In consideration of these points, this paper, with the trunk form as the first criteria, categorizes the Misong-ri pottery into six types and examines the relations between these different types and their spatial-temporal natures. The Misong-ri type pottery, in general, appear in the Liaodong area only as burial goods, in the Apnok-Cheongchun river area mainly in settlement sites but also as burial goods, in the Daedoong river area it appears only as pottery used in settlement sites. The Misong-ri type pottery of the Liaodong area proliferated very rapidly in the 8-7th century B.C., because it was recognized as a symbol of new technology along with the spread of bronze manufacture technology centered in Liaoyang. The situation was similar in northwestern Korea where it was manufactured as a symbolic vessel, different from vessels of everyday use. The Misong-ri type vessel disappeared very rapidly in the 6th century B.C. due to the formation of the Zhengjiawozi type culture, however, in northwestern Korea it was partially manufactured until the 5-4th century B.C..
