국문 초록

본 연구는 현재 우리나라 부동산거래시장의 문제점을 인석하고, 부동산거래시장 현황분석과 환경분석, 국내외 제도에 대한 벤치마킹분석 등을 통하여 현재부동산중개업의 현황과 문제점을 도출하고 부동산거래정보엽의 경쟁력 을 확보한다는 전제 하에 종합적인 발전전략과 실행계획 수립을 통해 정부의 부동산중개산업 육성대안을 제시하며, 부동산거래시장의 안정화와 부동산거래업의 선진화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The research which sees currently recognizes the problem point of our country real estate transaction market, real estate transaction market present condition analysis and environmental analysis, benchmarking analytical etc. leads currently present condition and problem pomt escape a competitive power rεal estate transaction information secures about domestic and foreign system and a real estate brokerage and the developmental strategy which is synthetic under prerequisite and execution planning to lead, presented the real estate mediation industrial vocal alternative of the government, stabilization and real estate transaction of real estate transaction market under evening twilight boil an advanced plan.
