국문 초록

본 연구는 역대 정권별 주택정책의 목표, 각종 수단들, 시행되었던 부동산 정책, 그리고 부동산가격동향 등을 분석함으로써 부동산정책의 근본 문제점을 규명하고, 이를 근거로 향후 부통산정책수립시 향후 정책제안에 제시하기 위한 연구였다. 향후 부동산 정책에 목 반영되어야 할 항목은 지역별 차별화정책을 시행하는 것이다. 그 다음으로는 부동산 정책이 일관성을 유지하는 것이며, 그리고 주택 공급 방식을 다양화하여 고객요구에 맞는 양질의 주택을 제공하는 것이다.

The study of the book made a searclUng examination by the basic problems of the real estate policy by analyzing the goal of housing policy of successive governments. various means. an enforced real estate policy and the Real Estate Price Trend Analysis. it was a study to show this for future policy suggestion for grounds at time of the future real estate policy establishment. The item which must be reflected by all means by a future real estate policy enforces the differentiation policy according to the area. After that. the real estate policy is to maintain consistency. and the housing supply system to meet the needs of diversified customers is to provide high-quality housing
