국문 초록

본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 예방책을 모색하고자 놀이치료자를 대상으로 자기효능감 및 역전이 관리능력이 심리적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 분석한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감과 역전이 관리능력, 심리적 소진은 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 대한 일반적 특성과 자기효능감, 역전이 관리능력의 상대적인 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 결혼을 한 놀이치료자와 역전이 관리능력이 높을수록 심리적 소진을 적게 경험하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 놀이치료자의 자기효능감과 역전이 관리능력을 높이고 심리적 소진을 낮출 수 있는 일반적인 특성들을 알아보았고, 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 일반적인 특성과 자기효능감, 역전이 관리능력이 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 심리적 소진을 예방할 수 있는 자료를 제공했다는 데에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to seek a preventive measure to effectively deal with the psychological burnout of play therapists, this study investigated the effects of self-efficacy and countertransference management abilities of play therapists on the psychological burnout. The results of this study are as follows. First, the self-efficacy, countertransference management ability, and psychological burnout based on the general characteristics of play therapists displayed significant difference. Second, the results of relative influence of self-efficacy and countertransference management ability in terms of the general characteristics of the psychological burnout of play therapists, the married play therapists experiences less psychological burnout as their countertransference management ability were higher. As above, this study investigated the general characteristics of play therapists that can increase the self-efficacy and countertransference management ability, and decrease the psychological burnout, and the effects of the general characteristics, self-efficacy, and countertransference management ability on the psychological burnout of play therapists. This study is significant because as it provide basis in preparing a plan to prevent the psychological burnout.
