영문 초록

A lot of criticisms about the rate of survival of foodservice franchiser have been existed, there was not an actual analysis. The research on the rate of survival of foodservice franchiser is timely. This research porvides the consumers with the chioce method of the proper franchiser and contributes to the right franchisers. This research reviewed the 7 kinds of newspaper for 21 years. The results were that one franchiser among 3 franchisers was closed and the rate of closing was 33%. Much attention is needed on the choice of franchiser for the consumers. A system is essential to protect the irresponsible franchiser. The rate of closing is much different according to the newspaper which has the advertisement. The wise selection of the consumers is needed.
