영문 초록

The efficiency rating and employee's company loyalty are important factor for developing employees motivation and satisfaction all of the industry. On the service industry like a food service industry, employees are core competence of company, therefore the efficiency rating is more important for management. Companies are evaluate employees by efficiency rating program. So we need to examine relation of efficiency rating and company loyalty through this study. The purpose of this study examine to effects of efficiency rating to employee's company on Family Restaurant in Korea. A result of factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted each-on the efficiency rating. awareness, justice, rationality, a device of problem and on employee's company loyalty, emotional attachment, symbiosis and coexistence, capability of operator, cooperation of employees.
