영문 초록

Surveying 196 restaurant employees of superdeluxe hotels in Seoul, this study investigated the perceptions of restaurant employees about storage and equipment plans housewines. Research findings revealed that respondents considered the optimum storage condition of housewines and customer satisfaction were highly correlated. Though they thought the proper storage management of housewines important, they felt generally the insufficiency of storage facilities and equipments of housewines in the workplace. The degree of insufficiency were differed by demographic variables of the respondents. Finally, they felt the need of education related with the proper storage management of housewines. The study concludes with the implications of the results and suggests some future research topics.
