영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of physical environment, menu quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. And it proposes the alternative which might have competitive advantage in the restaurant business. This study testified from who live in Seoul and have visited in family restaurants by using questionnaire from June 26 to July 12. Among which 212(98%) were usable. The data analysis was done by SPSS 12.0 Software packages and multiple regression for the hypothesis testing by the impact relation analysis. These results could be summarized as follows. First, Physical environment effects on manu quality, revisit intention and customer satisfaction. Second, Menu quality effects on revisit intention and customer satisfaction. Third, Customer satisfaction effects on revisit intention. These results show that the physical environment of restaurants has a powerful competition to the food industry by the ambient factor.
